Payment types and terms
In store purchases
Just Gold Jewellery’s payment terms require payment to be made in full prior to or on the day of collection.
For custom made orders, we require a 50% deposit upfront to get your order started. Custom made orders typically take 4-6 weeks to create, but may take longer on a case by case basis for which our jeweller will inform you. Full payment and item collection must occur no later than 14 days after the product is deemed as ready to collect.
Online purchases
Full payment is required at checkout. Payment for online orders is processed in AUD. Foreign conversion fees may be applied by your bank.
Cancellations and variations
In store purchases
- The customer may not cancel or vary order after initial deposit is paid
- All deposits placed on custom made orders are non-refundable. In the case that you change your mind after placing an order, and if under special circumstances Just Gold Jewellery agrees to the cancellation/variation of your order, we reserve the right to charge any reasonable costs incurred in preparation of the order that has been varied or cancelled.If under special circumstances, Just Gold Jewellery agrees to circumstances requiring cancellation/variation, Just Gold Jewellery may charge the customer for any reasonable costs incurred in preparation of any order that has been varied or cancelled
- Just Gold Jewellery reserves the right to immediately cancel any contract for the supply of products without incurring any liability to the customer where payment from the Customer is 30 days overdue from the date deemed ready for collection by Just Gold Jewellery.

Shipping
For items already in stock, orders will be dispatched within 5 business days. Items which need to be custom made typically require 4-6 weeks to be crated then dispatched.
If you have an urgent timeframe you are working towards, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For international shipping please be advised that customs and import taxes may apply to your country. If so, the carrier or customs office will contact you directly for additional charges.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for the 14-day return policy:
- your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging;
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase; and
- Your item is not specially ordered, altered or customised.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on custom made orders, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Note that the returned items shipping cost will not be refunded. Please also see Returns policy.
Refunds
To start a return, you can contact us at info@justgoldjewellery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
